Some Saturday nights are too good to end. The Late Edition brings vinyl DJ sets, curated tequila and mezcal, and signature cocktails to Amasa every Saturday from 10 PM to 1 AM. Stay after dinner or join us for a nightcap. No cover.
Dinner Turns Into a Lounge
At 10 PM, as dinner winds down, the main floor turns into a lounge and the lights go low. Stay at your table for one more round or join us at the bar. If you’d like a quieter seat, upstairs stays open.
Vinyl dj sets all night
A vinyl DJ spins melodic house, organic house, Latin electronic and light Afro-house from 10 PM to 1 AM. The sound is warm and rhythmic and builds slowly through the night, but it stays low enough that you can still talk.
Every Pour Has a Story
The Agave Experience comes to the bar: the Herradura flight, tequila and mezcal side by side, and pours from Tequila Ocho, Mijenta and Wild Common. Our bartenders help you find your glass. Signature Late Edition cocktails are on the menu too.
