About Us

Amasa Mexican Kitchen is a Baja California-inspired restaurant at Alpharetta City Center and a sister concept to Chichería Mexican Kitchen. The menu is seafood-forward and 100% gluten-free, built on house-made blue corn tortillas, fresh ceviche and crudos, and gourmet tacos. The bar leads with tequila and mezcal. Live music, Sunday brunch, Family Night Mondays, and Trivia Tuesdays round out the week.

Step inside Amasa’s Day of the Dead Cantina, a month-long Día de los Muertos pop-up bar at Alpharetta City Center. Marigolds, papel picado, ofrendas, and themed decor fill the restaurant, bar, and covered patio, with Día de los Muertos cocktails and food specials from Chef Joey Vazquez all month.

Mijenta Tequila Tasting + Taco Dinner

Thursday, October 22 | 6 PM
Four premium Mijenta tequila pours, a handcrafted margarita, and a taco dinner on our blue corn tortillas, pressed fresh daily. A Mijenta tequila educator guides the tasting. $85 plus tax and gratuity per person, with only 35 seats.
