Gluten-Free and Food

Is the whole menu at Amasa gluten-free?

Yes. Amasa Mexican Kitchen is a 100% gluten-free Mexican restaurant. Our entire kitchen is gluten-free, and ingredients containing gluten never come into it, so there are no separate prep areas or special menus. The bar also carries a gluten-free beer. Learn more about our gluten-free kitchen.

Is Amasa safe for guests with celiac disease?

What makes Amasa's tortillas different?

Every tortilla starts with organic, non-GMO heirloom blue corn that we grind in-house. Our tortilleras hand-press them fresh every day.

What kind of food does Amasa serve?

Baja-inspired Mexican food with a seafood focus: gourmet tacos on handmade blue corn tortillas, our Baja fish taco (Best Entree at the 2026 Taste of Alpharetta), ceviche and crudos, sweet corn esquites, fajitas, and seasonal margaritas. See the menu.
