Amasa Mexican Kitchen brings Baja California–inspired cuisine to Downtown Alpharetta, Georgia, from the team behind Chicheria Mexican Kitchen.
Inspired by the coastal flavors of Baja and the energy of Mexico’s dining culture, Amasa offers a seafood-forward menu, a vibrant atmosphere, and a modern approach to Mexican hospitality. Our kitchen is entirely gluten-free by design, creating a dining experience that is both intentional and accessible.
The Food
At the heart of Amasa Mexican Kitchen’s culinary offerings is our Baja-inspired Mexican cuisine, shaped by the coastal traditions of Baja California. The menu is seafood-forward, featuring a range of tacos, small plates, and shareable dishes that highlight fresh ingredients and bold, balanced flavors.
A defining element of the menu is our handmade organic, non-GMO blue corn tortillas, pressed fresh in-house daily. These serve as the foundation for signature items like the Baja fish taco, alongside a variety of classic Mexican dishes reimagined with a modern perspective.
The Drink
Discover Amasa’s handcrafted drink menu, where tradition meets a modern tequila program. The bar features craft margaritas, signature margarita flights, and a curated selection of tequila and agave spirits, alongside seasonal cocktails designed to complement the menu.
